Terms of Sales
Reservation
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
Editing the program
Openlappland reserves the right to adapt activities, routes or schedules depending:
- weather conditions
- participant safety, animals and the team
These modifications do not give rise to any refund..
Cancellation by Openlappland
In case of cancellation on our part, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation by customer
- More than 30 days before the stay: deposit retained (30%)
- between 15 and 30 days: 50% of the total amount of the stay is due
- Less than 15 days : 100% of the stay is due
Exceptional case: illness or hospitalization
In the event of cancellation for serious medical reasons, upon presentation of medical proof
- 30% of the stay remains due
- THE 70% remaining are transformed into valid credit 12 month
This asset is :
- non refundable
- usable for a later stay subject to availability
Responsibility
Activities take place in a natural environment and involve risks.
Participants undertake to respect the safety instructions given by the guides.
Openlappland cannot be held responsible
- weather conditions
- transport delays
- events beyond his control
Assurance
For EU nationals, it is strongly recommended to have the European health insurance card, enabling medical care to be covered in Sweden
It is also advisable to take out insurance covering:
- cancelation
- medical expenses
- repatriation

Our activities are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact us in advance for any specific requests.
